  • Randy Reed

    President & Chief Executive Officer

    Prior to founding ABC Polymer Industries in 1994, Mr. Reed served as a Senior Vice President at National Bank of Commerce (NCOM-NASDAQ) in Birmingham, AL. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Oakworth Capital Bank (OAKW – OTCQX), Maingate MLP Fund, Robert E. Reed Gastrointestinal Oncology Research Foundation, and a past Board Member for RealtySouth. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) International and the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). Randy earned his master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College and his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University.

  • Mark E. Lolley

    Chief Operating Officer

    Prior to joining ABC Polymer in 2021, Mark was President of Lolley Enterprises, Inc. a management consulting company specializing in operational efficiencies and organizational structure reviews, process controls, lean manufacturing, EOS implementations,  turn-a-rounds and exit strategies.  Mark has experience in a variety of industries as well as  working with Private Equity owned companies.  Mark served as President of APR, LLC in Opelika, Al., a global aftermarket engineering company specializing in tuning cars under the VAG (Audi, Porsche & Volkswagen) umbrella. Mark has served in both operational and financial roles throughout his career with the following companies: Ansell Healthcare, Russell Corporation, Buster Brown Apparel, Twitchell, Collins Signs, Solara Solar, Cirrus Ecowater and CRI, CPA’s.  Mark earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Auburn University and holds the CMA designation.

  • Noah Nichols

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Noah Nichols serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of ABC Polymer, overseeing all commercial-related activities within the FullForce and FlexSack business units. Noah has an extensive background in commercial and operational leadership roles in both the civil and environmental construction markets. Prior to joining ABC Polymer, he worked with Synthetic Industries, Propex Operating Company, and Solmax, gaining vast experience in sales, marketing, product development, market expansion, strategic planning, customer service, supply chain management, and operations. Noah earned his B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a Certificate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Noah and his wife are avid travelers and have made it their goal to visit all 30 NFL Stadiums and see a game played by all 32 NFL teams.

  • Tim Hartsell

    Executive Vice President

    Tim serves as Executive Vice President for FullForce, supervising the company’s Technical Sales Managers and working with national accounts to ensure that the company and his team deliver on our value-added guarantee. Tim has deep roots in the ready mix industry and enjoys helping his customers value-engineer the concrete projects. He has a passion for using his experience and expertise to show how engineered concrete solutions can be utilized effectively in various applications. He launched his business career in 1994 with a major ready-mix producer and learned all facets of the ready-mix business, initially working in the operations side of the business serving as Plant Operator and Operations Manager before moving into sales as Sales Manager. In 2008, Tim accepted a position with Fibermesh (now Propex Concrete Systems) where he served as a Territory Sales Manager before and later serving as Propex’s Western Regional Manager and Technical Sales Manager. Tim currently serves on the Oregon American Concrete Institute (OACI) and the OACI Excellence in Concrete Boards of Directors. He is actively involved in the industry in his home state, where he is a member of the Oregon Concrete and Aggregate Producers Association (OCAPA) Board of Technology and serves as Vice Chair of the Promotion Committee.

  • Allen Aubin

    National Sales Manager

    Allen serves as National Sales Manager within our Bulk Bags (FIBC) Division. Prior to joining ABC Polymer in November 2012, he gained his experience in sales and supply chain management as a transportation Sales & Account Development Representative for one of the nation’s top third-party logistics companies. Allen received his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and currently lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife and their two sons. Allen is an avid golfer, enjoys all sports, boating, fishing, hunting, and any other excuse to be outdoors.

  • Andrew Reed

    Director of Operations

    Andrew serves as Director of Operations where he oversees all facets of manufacturing and plant operations. Prior to joining ABC Polymer in 2022, Andrew worked in Commercial Banking as a Portfolio Manager and Business Banker for SouthState Bank. Andrew received his B.S. in Finance & Psychology from Auburn University and currently resides in Birmingham. In his free time, Andrew enjoys snow-skiing, playing golf, and coaching youth baseball.

  • Jordan Lolley

    Accounting Manager

    Jordan joined ABC Polymer as Accounting Manager in 2022. In his role, Jordan is responsible for all of the company’s accounting. Prior to joining ABC Polymer, Jordan worked in public accounting with RSM US. Jordan served clients primarily in the telecommunications sector with a special focus in M&A. While with RSM, Jordan was selected to help audit over $5B of acquisitions and carve-outs made by RSM’s largest clients. Jordan grew up in Auburn, AL. He holds a B.S. from Auburn University in Accounting and Finance. Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Alabama and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). In his free time, Jordan enjoys the outdoors, golf, Auburn sports, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Justin Gibson

    Staff Accountant

    Justin was promoted to Staff Accountant in 2022. In his role, Justin’s primary focus is manufacturing accounting and inventory control. Justin has been with ABC Polymer for five years and previously worked in the extrusion, packing, and shipping departments. Justin received his B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Data Analytics from Samford University. Justin has a passion for basketball and plays in local recreational leagues as well as coaches a 17 and under travel basketball team.

  • Elliott Smith

    Staff Accountant

    Elliott joined ABC Polymer as Staff Accountant in 2021. In his role, Elliott is responsible for accounts payable. Elliott received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to graduating in accounting, he did a two-year stint in Auburn University’s Master of Landscape Architecture program. In his free time, Elliott enjoys watching sports, playing in recreational sports leagues, and lawn care.

  • Judy Mosely

    Supply Chain Manager

    Judy serves as Bulk Bag Supply Chain Manager for Bulk Bags (FIBC).  She has been with ABC Polymer since 2015 and is responsible for maintaining our bulk bag inventory. Judy graduated from the University of Memphis with a B.A. in Accounting. She began her career working in quality control for National Mortgage Company, one of the largest privately owned mortgage companies in the United States before its merger with Boatmen’s Bank. Upon moving to the Birmingham area, Judy worked for the Xerox Corporation for 15 years. She lives in Alabaster with her husband and two teenagers.

  • David Beal

    Operations Manager

    David joined ABC Polymer as Operations Manager in 2022. He is responsible for plant operations, building and mentoring teams, and maintaining a safe work environment. Prior to joining ABC Polymer, David worked for Schreiber Foods in Logan, Utah as a Production Advisor. David also worked as a Production Supervisor for Cal-Maine Foods in Texas. David earned his B.S. in Agricultural Business and Economics from Auburn University. David currently resides in Birmingham and enjoys skiing, playing golf, and watching Auburn sports.

    National Sales Manager

    Allen serves as National Sales Manager within our Bulk Bags (FIBC) Division.   • Brian Bacon

    VP, National Sales Representative

    Brian serves as the VP, National Sales Representative within our Bulk Bags (FIBC) Division. Brian has been with ABC Polymer Industries since 1994 and possesses an extensive amount of industry knowledge and sales experience in the manufacturing and distribution of FIBCs. Brian graduated from Pace University with a B.S. in Physical Education. He currently lives in Pelham, AL with his wife and three children.

  • Patrick Williams

    National Sales Representative

    Patrick serves as a National Sales Representative within our Bulk Bags (FIBC) Division. Patrick joined ABC Polymer in 2008. Although he has primarily served in a sales capacity, Patrick was also responsible for overseeing many marketing related functions in his first few years as a member of the ABC Polymer team. Patrick graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Marketing and currently lives in Savannah, GA with his wife. Patrick is a die-hard Auburn sports fan, plays the guitar, mandolin, and bass guitar in a garage band, and enjoys Craft beer.

  • Jaime Antelo

    National Sales Representative

    Jaime serves as National Sales Representative within our Bulk Bags (FIBC) Division. He joined ABC Polymer in 2010 and has more than 12 years of sales experience in industrial packaging. Jaime attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. He currently lives in Independence, KY with his wife, Carrie, and their 5 children. In his spare time, Jaime coaches the Northern Kentucky Norse High School Hockey Team which won 2017 State Championship and has represented Kentucky in the USA Hockey National Tournament.

  • Ron Sanders

    National Sales Representative

    Ron serves as a National Sales Representative for FlexSack by ABC Polymer Industries and is focused on expanding FlexSack’s geographic coverage by developing strong customer relationships throughout the West Coast. Ron served in the military and spent 15 years as a police officer before making the switch into a sales role with AirMedCare Network, eventually becoming an Area Director. Ron attended Umpqua Community College and Southern Oregon University and currently lives in Curtin, OR. He has three children and is very active in golf, hunting, fishing, and any other activity that will keep him busy outdoors.

  • Charley Waldrep

    National Sales Representative

    Charley serves as a National Sales Representative for FlexSack by ABC Polymer Industries. Charley grew up in Celina, Texas and went on to earn his degree from The University of Alabama where he played baseball from 2009 – 2013. After college, he coached high school football and baseball at McKinney Boyd and collegiate baseball at Northwestern State University. Prior to joining ABC Polymer, he gained his experience as a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual and a real estate agent with Keller Williams. His parents are Kent and Lynn Waldrep and he currently lives in Shreveport, Louisiana with his wife Natalie and their 3 month old son Reece. Charley enjoys anything outdoors, but loves to golf and fish and is an avid college football and baseball fan.

  • Eric Campbell

    Vice President of Technical Services and R&D

    Eric serves as the Director of Engineering Services for the FullForce team. He has over 20 years of experience in concrete technology, including concrete mix design, supplementary cementing materials, steel and synthetic fibers, chemical admixtures, and concrete slab-on-grade design with extended joint spacing. Eric has extensive knowledge in evaluating, designing, and optimizing concrete mixtures to meet applicable specifications; analyzing and evaluating test results; comparing and selecting design alternatives, conducting concrete training classes; and investigating concrete field problems. Prior to joining the FullForce team, Eric served as Technical Sales Engineer for BASF, Euclid Chemical, Propex, and Boral Material Technologies. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University.

  • Aleck Yancey

    Director of National Accounts

    Aleck serves as the DIrector of National Accounts at FullForce. He is responsible for technical sales and support for fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC) solutions, working with ready-mix producers, engineers, architects, home builders, and commercial/industrial contractors. He conducts training seminars and works directly with specification writers, demonstrating the various applications where FRC is appropriate and how FRC solutions enhance the durability and performance of the concrete ready- mix, while also adding monetary value. Aleck graduated from the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program at Middle Tennessee State University. Aleck’s business career has included selling ready-mix in northeast Tennessee and later working for Propex Concrete Solutions as a Technical Sales Manager.

  • Laurie Leischner

    Western US Manager

    Laurie serves as the Western US Manager for the FullForce team. Laurie joined the ready-mix industry working as a Dispatcher and Plant Operator for a major ready-mix supplier. She quickly worked her way up to Assistant Operations Manager where she managed accounts and helped with troubleshooting mix designs and plant operations. Laurie also managed a concrete supply store where she gained a wealth of knowledge in concrete finishing and value-added products. Laurie has served as Educational Marketing Director in the medical research and development field where she managed accounts and sales for over half of the US with emphasis on product education and account growth and development. Prior to joining the FullForce team, Laurie was self-employed as a Business Strategist and Consultant with a focus on small business development. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in Marketing and Leadership, Organization and Management.

  • Jim Yancey

    Eastern US Manager

    Jim serves as a Eastern US Manager for the FullForce team. He started his sales career in boat sales and eventually served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Now, he is responsible for sales and technical support for concrete fibers and their applications in the concrete ready-mix industry. He is an active member of the Carolina Ready Mixed Concrete Association. Originally from Northeast Tennessee, Jim attended high school and college in Tennessee. He graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

  • Kristina Bass

    Pre-Construction Coordinator

    Kristina serves as the Pre-Construction Coordinator for the FullForce team. She works alongside engineers, concrete contractors, general contractors, DOT officials and the ready-mix industry. She has certifications in ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician – Grade I and NRMCA Field Testing Technician Grade II, including the completion of the NRMCA short course. Kristina graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in Business and Nuclear Power Generation Systems.

  • Barry Correll

    Technical Sales Manager

    Barry serves as a Technical Sales Manager for the Fullforce Team in Arizona, Southern California and Las Vegas, NV. He comes with 20+ years’ experience in the construction distribution channel. Barry started his career with Home Depot and quickly moved up the management ladder, where he opened the first Tool Rental Center and Contractor Pro desk in Monroeville, PA. The last 20 years Barry served in multiple roles with 2 major construction distribution companies. He held the positions of General Manager of Supply Chain, VP of Operations and District Manager for a major Masonry Company in the Arizona market. He went to Arizona State University where he studied Accounting and Harvard University for negotiations.

  • David Campbell

    Technical Sales Manager

    David serves as a Technical Sales Manager for the FullForce team. David has over ten years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career working with General Contractors, managing projects ranging from interior buildouts to class A office buildings. Before joining the FullForce team, David served as the Tennessee and Alabama Technical Territory Manager for Dimensional Metals. He is a LEED Green Associate and holds an active Construction Document Technology (CDT) certification issued by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). David graduated from the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program at Middle Tennessee State University. During his time at MTSU, he completed three internships, including a summer with Baker Concrete renovating, and repaving the Bristol Motor Speedway.

  • Dan Corneau

    Technical Sales Manager

    Dan serves as a Technical Sales Manager for the FullForce team. He comes to our team bringing 15 years of experience in the concrete industry where he started as a ready-mix delivery driver and quickly became a plant manager. There he gained experience in plant mechanics, material handling, concrete batching and testing. After that, he went into concrete sales where he learned mix design performance requirements and value-engineering principles including fiber conversions to replace the use of rebar. Most recently Dan served as the Value-Added Sales Manager for a large concrete producer in the Denver market. In 2021, Dan received a certificate for completing the Developing Industry Leaders program with the NRMCA. He has also served on the board of directors and central market committee of the CRMCA. He achieved his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.

  • Michael Fuquay

    Technical Sales Manager

    Michael serves as a Technical Sales Manager for the FullForce team. He has over 15 years of experience in both inside and outside sales. In conjunction with being a licensee in the agricultural market in developing innovative microbial products to fruition, he brings real world service industry experience, both internationally and domestically, to the Florida market. Now he handles the sales and technical support for concrete fibers and applications for the Florida Concrete Ready-Mix Industry and its many channels. Michael is an active member of the Florida Concrete & Products Association. He is originally from South Mississippi, where he attended Mississippi State University and studied marketing and business administration.

  • Joe Moore

    Technical Sales Manager

    Joe serves as a Technical Sales Manager for the Fullforce Team in Reno, NV, and Northern California. He comes to the team with multiple years of experience in the ready-mix industry. Joe started his career as a laborer for a mid-sized ready-mix operation, gaining knowledge in all things ready-mix. He quickly worked his way up to plant manager, gaining experience in plant and truck mechanics, batching, dispatching, and testing concrete. Joe brings almost five years of dispatch experience to our team, where he already focused on selling fibers, FiberForce, of course! He received his NRMCA dispatcher certification during this time. Joe is originally from the Boise area but grew up in Northern Nevada, where he now lives with his wife and two kids. In his spare time, Joe loves coaching youth sports.

  • Scott Di Loreto 

    Technical Sales Manager – Texas

    Scott serves as a technical sales manager for the FullForce Team. He has over twenty years of experience in the concrete industry in both conventional concrete admixtures with MasterBuilders and Sika as well as nanotechnology for concrete with Edencrete and Spray-Lock SCP. During his career, he has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best minds in the industry. Scott has been a working member of several concrete and aggregate associations and is active in local ACI chapters. He looks forward to serving his customers with innovative concrete fiber (FRC) and durability-enhancing products. Believing that concrete is the best building material on earth, Scott works to make concrete last as long as possible. Before joining the concrete industry, Scott began his career with the US Marines, became a licensed massage therapist, and even became a firefighter/EMT. If he isn’t talking about concrete, he’ll most likely be discussing health and safety.

  • Scott Jones

    Technical Sales Manager

    Scott serves as a Technical Sales Manager for the FullForce team. For the past 25 years, he has focused on the professional use of steel, synthetic, and cellulose fibers. He is highly recognized for developing awareness, comfort and conveying the benefits of fiber reinforced concrete with engineers, architects, contractors, and ready-mix producers. His fiber consultancy has resulted in the specification of fibers on numerous high-profile projects. Contractors, suppliers, and owners see the benefits of his experience in designing floors and pavements with both steel and synthetic fibers through the value-added and improved performance. Prior to joining the FullForce team, Scott was a Sales Manager who helped launch cellulose fibers into the US concrete industry. Most recently he became the Business Development Director for Fabpro Polymers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

  • Ben Tharp

    Technical Sales Manager

    Ben serves as a Technical Sales Manager for the FullForce team. He has over ten years of experience in the ready-mix industry and has previously served as both a Quality Assurance Manager and a Sales Manager for ready-mix concrete. He is a member of Concrete and Aggregates Associates of Louisiana and Mississippi Concrete Association. He is originally from Southwest Mississippi and graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Science in Construction Engineering Technology.

  • Matt Trail

    Director of Market Development

    Matt serves as the Director of Market Development for the FullForce team. He is responsible for developing and expanding markets while focusing on building strong relationships throughout the US. Prior to joining the FullForce team, Matt served in the concrete construction industry for 28 years with an accomplished background in operations, estimating and business development. His career has allowed him to be part of many signature structural projects in the US, including hospitality, data centers, microchip fabrication plants, office buildings, convention centers, and healthcare structures. Matt has also been involved in the construction of airports, warehouse and distribution centers, and municipal buildings, including educational structures. He attended Michigan State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management.

  • Ellyn Veal, P.E.

    Senior Applications Engineer

    Ellyn serves as a Senior Applications Engineer for the FiberForce team. She assists the Technical Sales Managers on all aspects of driving demand for FiberForce by ABC Polymer products through new and existing applications as well as develops market opportunities by obtaining approval for their use in design and construction specifications with structural/civil engineering firms, departments of transportation, and design/build contractors. She helped build the foundation of the FiberForce engineering department through QPL management, Excel based design programs, and general engineering support for the Technical Sales Managers. Prior to joining the FiberForce team, Ellyn served as an Applications Engineer for 3 years for Propex’s geosynthetics, rolled erosion control, and fiber reinforced concrete division. Ellyn has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

  • Sean Brown, P.E., S.E.

    Associate Director of Engineering

    Sean serves as a Senior Applications Engineer for the FiberForce team. His primary responsibility is to provide engineering support for customers and assist with the analysis and design of fiber reinforced concrete. Prior to joining the FiberForce team, Sean served as a Senior Structural Engineer for SNC Lavalin. Sean is active in the Fiber Reinforced Concrete Association (FRCA), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is well versed in structural design and is licensed as both a Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer. Sean holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering along with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations and Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
