Randy Reed
President & Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding ABC Polymer Industries in 1994, Mr. Reed served as a Senior Vice President at National Bank of Commerce (NCOM-NASDAQ) in Birmingham, AL. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Oakworth Capital Bank (OAKW – OTCQX), Maingate MLP Fund, Robert E. Reed Gastrointestinal Oncology Research Foundation, and a past Board Member for RealtySouth. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) International and the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). Randy earned his master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College and his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University.

Mr. Scott B. Reed
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Oakworth Capital Bank
Mr. Reed earned his B.S. in Finance from Auburn University, M.A. in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College, and a diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Oakworth Capital Bank, Founder, and President of the Robert E. Reed Gastrointestinal Oncology Research Foundation, and past Board Member for RealtySouth. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) International.

Mr. Mark A. Todd
Partner, Shackelford, Bowen & McKinley, LLP
Mr. Todd is a Partner with the law firm of Shackelford, Bowen, McKinley & Norton, LLP in Dallas, TX, where he specializes in real estate and transaction law. He earned his B.S. in Accounting and Finance with honors from The University of Texas at Austin and J.D. from Southern Methodist University Law School, where he was a member of the SMU Law Review.

Mr. Robert E. Reed
Mr. Reed graduated from Auburn University in 1964 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. After working for General Electric as a Process Engineer, Mr. Reed went into real estate with Johnson-Rast & Hays Company, Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer, helping to build Johnson, Rast & Hays Company into Alabama’s largest private commercial developer with projects that shaped Birmingham’s financial district skyline, including Financial Center and SouthTrust Tower. Mr. Reed worked closely with cardiac-surgery pioneer John Kirklin and world-renowned architects I.M. Pei and DiDi Pei on the development of the Kirklin Clinic of UAB Hospital. Mr. Reed also built the residential real estate company, later named RealtySouth, into Alabama’s largest residential real estate company prior to selling the company to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Mr. Reed lost his battle with pancreatic cancer at the age of 60. Prior to his death, he made the first contribution to the fund that is now known as the Robert E. Reed Gastrointestinal Oncology Research Foundation.

Mr. James A. Todd
Mr. Todd was the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member of Birmingham Steel (BIR-NYSE) from 1980 to 1996. He was a retired member of the Boards of Directors for Cypress-Amax Minerals Company, Kinross Gold Company, Southtrust Bank, Essmark Steel, and National Mining Association. He was also a past President of the National Manufacturers Association of the National Mining Association. Mr. Todd held a B.S. in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University.
